Terms - Conditions & Shipping
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The cost of the return freight if the return is not our error is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with Signature on Delivery as postage. This ensures your item is track-able and secure. Lost or Damaged returned parcels are not the responsibility of Station Stripes.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.
Shipping is charged at checkout within Australia and New Zealand unless a free shipping offer is running. Shipping is charged on all international orders rates apply per order. All international orders are sent registered post.
Delivery for Australian orders placed by 1:00 P.M. Monday – Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time- AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Australia Post within Australia, and will be shipped same day or next day. For orders placed after 1:00PM there is all likelihood, but no guarantee of same day or next day dispatch via overnight express within Australia. If your order is placed on a public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched Monday. Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
Shipping times for all International orders are subject to confirmation at the time of ordering.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
Availability of Product
All orders are subject to availability. We will do our best to supply you with your ordered item. However, on occasion items may not be available. In this instance, we will be in touch and offer you a replacement size or refund for the unavailable item.

Should there be an issue with your order we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. All order inquiries must be made in writing.
