The Lipid is a boardshort built on an idea from the natural world. A lipid is one of nature's most fundamental molecules — the building block of every living cell, the energy store that keeps things moving, the protective barrier that holds life together. It's ancient, essential and endlessly elegant in its form.

At the heart of the lipid molecule is a shape that looks exactly like a leaf. And that's where this print begins. An all-over retro leaf design — hundreds of interlocking organic forms in deep maroon, warm pink, harvest gold and sage green on a soft cream ground — that captures the quiet beauty of the natural world in a way that feels completely at home on the coast.

A print designed with nature in mind, in colours to match. 160gsm 4-way stretch fabric fits like a glove and moves with you through every session. The 19" outleg cuts clean above the knee, with a contrast maroon waistband and matching back pocket that ground the warm palette perfectly.
